1.1
1.2 - These Terms and Conditions (T&C) constitute a binding agreement between You (the User), and CasinoFortuna.
1.3 -These T&C come into force as soon as You click on the "Confirm" button, by doing which You signify to CasinoFortuna that You have read these T&C and accept them. By using any part of the Website You signify that You agree with these T&C.
1.4 - You must read these T&C carefully in their entirety before clicking on the "Confirm" button. If You do not agree with any provision of these T&C You must not use or continue to use the Website.
1.5 - You fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and as may be amended by us from time to time.
1.6 - CasinoFortuna reserves the right to modify these T&C and, thus, to amend this agreement between You and CasinoFortuna at any time with or without notice.
1.7 - Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted on CasinoFortuna. It is Your sole responsibility to review this Agreement, together with the specific Rules for each Game You choose to participate in, in order to remain updated with all amendments each time You play. You can easily identify whether these T&C have changed by referring to the version number and the date of the current T&C stated on this page.
1.8 - These T&C are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between You and CasinoFortuna and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.
1.9 - CasinoFortuna users are obliged to read the messages sent to them by the management via the website message centre. They are also obliged to check the news, the odds variations, authorisations, annulling of the coupons, etc. TC Gaming NV declines every responsibility if contentions should occur due to the non-reading or late reading of the internal messageson behalf of the user. No compensation will therefore have to be paid byTC Gaming NV if the non-reading causes damages or other.
2.0 The Customer can withdraw the amounts relating to winnings and refunds from the Gaming Account at any time, a condition that he has communicated the identification document, taking into account that:
it is not allowed to withdraw the amount of any bonuses paid;
it is only allowed to withdraw winnings and redemptions (including stake), but not the amounts deposited and not played, except in case of closure of the gaming account.
To make withdrawals from their Gaming Account, the Customer must log in to the site, access the YOUR ACCOUNT section and select the Withdrawals option.
Your User Account
3.1 - Registration and opening of Your User account:
3.1.1 - In order to participate in any of CasinoFortuna gaming products for real money, You must first register with CasinoFortuna, open an account ("User Account") and place money into Your User Account in the way indicated on the payments page. The minimum deposit amount is that of 10 €. (for further details refer to "Deposits" section. Only one User Account for each household is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, CasinoFortuna must be informed by the users residing in the aforementioned household.
3.1.2. - If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, CasinoFortuna may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should CasinoFortuna decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with CasinoFortuna, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. CasinoFortuna will immediately close any additional accounts opened by the User and any funds deducted maybe passed onto the relevant authorities.
3.1.3 - A request to open a User Account is made by filling out the registration form and submitting it to CasinoFortuna online. CasinoFortuna reserves the right to refuse to open a User Account.
3.1.4 - You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form, in particular, Your identity, Your address and contact details, including a valid e-mail address, Your place of residence, relevant payment information, all of which must be true and correct. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby warrant to CasinoFortuna that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that CasinoFortuna carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on players depositing money. You may be requested to provide CasinoFortuna with documents, such as a copy of the passport / identification document. Your User Account may be blocked or closed if You do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply is/are found false or misleading.
3.1.5. - You shall keep up to date the information and immediately notify us of any change to the information provided during registration.
3.1.6. As part of the registration process You will have to choose Your username and password for Your login into the Website. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. CasinoFortuna is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your User Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of Your login details to any third party.
3.1.7. You are not allowed to transfer funds from Your User Account to other players or to receive money from other players into Your User Account. Once the form reaches CasinoFortuna, the User will receive an email to the email address listed on the registration form, and within the email the User will have a unique link/code which the User needs to click on to finalise the registration.
4. Terms and Conditions of Use of Services
4.1. - You may participate on any of the products offered by CasinoFortuna only if You have sufficient funds on Your User Account.
4.2. - CasinoFortuna does not grant any credit for the use of its services.
4.3. - All information required to deposit funds into Your User Account, can be found under "My Account" and "Cashier" pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified in these pages as they may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.
4.4. - Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see "My Account" and "Cashier" for each deposit method. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.
4.5. - We accept payments made in EUR. Any payments received by CasinoFortuna in a currency other than EUR will be converted into EUR at the prevailing exchange rate. Please note that any loss due to exchange rate fluctuation shall be borne by You.
4.6. - When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when CasinoFortuna has received an approval and authorisation code. Should CasinoFortuna not receive such authorisation Your account will not be credited with those funds.
4.7. - CasinoFortuna reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your User Account.
4.8. - Credit balances in Your User Account will not bear interest and you shall not treat CasinoFortuna as a financial institution.
4.9. Dormant & Inactive Accounts
4.9.1. - An account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance, shall be considered an Inactive Account. If the account has not been accessed for 30months, than it will be considered as a dormant account. CasinoFortuna will contact any player whose account has become inactive. If, after 12 months since last login, we are unable to contact you, CasinoFortuna will charge a Eur 5.00 per month administrative fee on your account and shall use reasonable efforts to contact you. Once your account becomes dormant and we have been unable to contact you, CasinoFortuna, in accordance with the applicable law, shall close your account.
Account verification & Payouts
5.1. - All accounts need to be verified for age verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure, etc.
5.2. - In order to withdraw the player must submit copies of all the following personal documents:
• Copy of a personal identification document (ID, driver’s license, or passport)
• Copy of a utility bill (gas, electric, water, telephone – must not be older than 3 months) with name and address as registered in player’s account.

5.4. - When the outcome of a Game You participate in becomes determined or, where applicable, CasinoFortuna has confirmed the relevant result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be held for the use of Your User Account.
5.5. - If CasinoFortuna mistakenly credits Your User Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of CasinoFortuna and the amount will be transferred from Your User Account. If prior to CasinoFortuna becoming aware of the error You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to CasinoFortuna. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify CasinoFortuna immediately by email.
5.6. - CasinoFortuna will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of two thousand and three hundred Euros and reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower pay-outs.
Withdrawals from Your User Account
6.1. - You may withdraw any amount up to the "Account balance" balance in Your User account, minus fees and conditions related to bonuses and subject to any relevant withdrawal fees, by issuing CasinoFortuna with a valid notice of withdrawal from the website.
6.2. - Notices for withdrawals will only be accepted via the Website. CasinoFortuna will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail.
6.3. - For Your protection You may only withdraw the maximum amount of Euro 25.000 weekly unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.
6.4. - CasinoFortuna offers a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the method selected. Any winnings below the above-stated level can be withdrawn through the method chosen by you for deposit. For the current fees for withdrawals, see "Withdrawal" section for the different methods. In addition, Your own bank may add a further handling charge. These charges may vary over time.
6.5. - CasinoFortuna reserves the right to credit You back using the same method as You have previously deposited with.
6.6. - CasinoFortuna may request identification documents prior processing any withdrawal request.
6.7. - You agree that the funds deposited in Your User Account must/will only be used for participation at the products offered by CasinoFortuna. CasinoFortuna reserves the right to charge a 5% fee on requests for withdrawal/s without a turnover that is equal or more than the amount of funds deposited.
6.8. - In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your User Account, You shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.
6.10 - If the first deposit involves the acquisition of bonus sums, the same regularly deposited amount cannot be withdrawn, until it has been fully played, if bets are placed, the balance will be deemed withdrawable, only if the coupon in the case includes a single event that has at least an odd of not less than 1.20, in the case of a coupon containing several events at least one of these must have odds equal to or greater than 1.20;
Closing Your User Account
7.1. - You may close Your account at any time and CasinoFortuna will return to You any and all funds from Your User Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. You may close Your User Account from the website directly or by contacting customer support via email or via the internal messaging system (email address used by You for such communication/s should be the same as listed on Your User Account prior to the request for closing the User Account). The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the T&C. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the You should indicate it in Your written request.
7.2. - The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion.
7.3. - CasinoFortuna reserves the right to close Your User Account and to refund to You the "Account balance" balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at CasinoFortuna absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice. If the same should reopen an account (without written authorisation from the CasinoFortuna) using his own name or under other false pretence or name of others the CasinoFortuna reserves the right to close the account retaining the funds for a period of one year.
7.4 - If You do not log onto Your User Account via the internet, using Your "User Name" and "Password" for a period of one (1) year, all balances may be removed from Your account after a notification has been sent to the registered e-mail address.
7.5. - CasinoFortuna reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 3 months from the date when they were awarded.
7.6. - Bonuses at CasinoFortuna can only be received ONCE per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, school, public library, workplace, etc.). CasinoFortuna reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.
Your obligations as a player
8.1. - You hereby declare and warrant that:
8.2. - You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age as stipulated in the laws of country of Your residence and, under such laws applicable to You, You are allowed to participate to the products offered on the Website.
8.3. - You will use this Website and Your User Account solely and exclusively for the purpose of Your genuine participating in the products offered and not for any financial or other operations. Your participation in the products offered will be strictly in Your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only;
8.4. - You participate in the products offered on Your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;

8.7. - You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to You under relevant laws for any winnings that You receive from CasinoFortuna.
8.8. - All money that You deposit into Your User Account have not been gained or illegally or originate form any illegal activity or source;
8.9. - You understand that by participating in the products offered You take the risk of losing money deposited into Your User Account;
8.10 -You must guarantee not to conduct unlawful activity involving directly or indirectly CasinoFortuna.
8.11. - You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties' participation in any of the products offered and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the products offered. CasinoFortuna hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close Your User Account or invalidate Your participation in any product offered in the event of such behavior. CasinoFortuna reserves the right to report any suspicious transaction and/or participation behavior to the relevant authorities;
8.12. - The computer software that we make available to You is owned by CasinoFortuna or other third Parties and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the software for Your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, terms and conditions hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
8.13. - You shall be courteous to other players and representatives of CasinoFortuna and shall avoid rude or obscene comments, including in chat rooms.
Responsible gaming
9.1. - You may at your own discretion choose to exclude yourself from any products offered on the website by visiting "Options" section of your account.
9.2. - Players may request to exclude themselves from playing any types of games (and receive more information about the types of games involved in the exclusion) by directing their request to customer support through internal messaging or by sending an email to the email address provided in the ‘Contact’ section of the website. Players are requested to specify game categories that they wish to self-exclude from.
9.3. - Any self-exclusion request would be valid for CasinoFortuna only and does not include other sites operated by Oxford Gaming LTD.
Privacy Policy

Miscarried and aborted games
12.1. - CasinoFortuna is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.
12.2. - CasinoFortuna shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
12.3. - In the event of a product system malfunction all wagers are void.
12.4. - In the event a product is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, CasinoFortuna shall refund the amount wagered in the game to You by crediting it to the Your User Account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to You in an approved manner; and if You have an accrued credit at the time the game miscarried, credit to Your User Account the monetary value of the credit or, if the account no longer exists, pay it to You in an approved manner.
Limitation of liability

Anti-money laundering reporting
14.1. - CasinoFortuna complies with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and Regulations issued there under. CasinoFortuna shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities.
14.2. - If You become aware of any suspicious activity relating to any products offered on the Website, You must report this to CasinoFortuna immediately.
14.3. - CasinoFortuna may suspend, block or close Your User Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
Breaches, penalties and termination
15.1. - If You breach any provision of these T&C or CasinoFortuna has a reasonable ground to suspect that You have breached them, CasinoFortuna reserves the right not to open, suspend, close Your User Account, withhold any money in your account (including the deposit) and apply such funds on account of any damages due by You.
15.2. - If CasinoFortuna suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Website; or in breach of this Agreement; or that You are having problems with creditors or otherwise detrimental to our business, we may freeze or terminate Your account or cancel any stakes at our absolute discretion.
15.3. - You acknowledge that CasinoFortuna shall be the final decision-maker of whether You have violated CasinoFortuna rules, terms or conditions in a manner that results in CasinoFortuna suspension or permanent barring from participation in our site.
Intellectual property
16.1. - Oxford Gaming LTD is the sole owner of the trademark CasinoFortuna and the CasinoFortuna logo. Any unauthorised use of the CasinoFortuna trademark and the CasinoFortuna logo may result in prosecution.
16.2. - CasinoFortuna is the uniform resource locator of CasinoFortuna and no unauthorised use may be made of this URL on another website or digital platform without our prior written consent.
16.3. - CasinoFortuna is the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software and business systems used within this Website.

16.5. - Links to the Website and any of the pages therein may not be included in any other website without the prior written consent of CasinoFortuna.
16.6. - You agree not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor or CasinoFortuna web pages or any content therein. Any unauthorised use or reproduction may be prosecuted.
Severability
17.1. - If any provision of these T&C is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these T&C and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.
Assignment
18.1. - CasinoFortuna reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this Agreement. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement.
Entire Agreement and Admissibility
19.1. - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and CasinoFortuna with respect to this Website and save in the case of fraud it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between You and CasinoFortuna with respect to this Website.
19.2. - A printed version of this agreement, transactions records and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
19.3. - Players are recommended to retain a copy of transaction records and website’s policies and rules.
19.4. - You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form
Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Language
20.0. - These Rules are governed by the Laws of Great Britain and the parties agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the British courts.
