Settlement for Formula 1 bets is based on the first published official result, any other subsequent decision by the competent official federation will not be considered.

In case a race is officially interrupted/postponed, all the related bets will be considered void if the race is not resumed and completed within 72 hours from the official start time.

In all cases where, for whatever reason or purpose, a race is cancelled or abandoned before the completion of at least 80% of the total estimated laps (considering in this case only the laps that have already been fully completed by the first driver), all bets will be considered Void even if the competent authority decides to consider the race valid and assign the corresponding points to teams and drivers.

If any decision taken by officials or by any other competent authority during practice or official qualifying, even in accordance with the rules of the federation, strongly affects the outcome of the race, the bets which may have been affected by that decision will be void.

All the drivers participating to the warm-up lap are considered as effective and full participating to the official race.

For the purposes of this Article, taking part, even if only temporarily, to the reconnaissance lap (warm-up) will always be considered as effective and full participation to the official race.

In case one or more drivers decide to withdraw from the competition before the official start of practice and the odds of one of them as race winner is equal or less than 5.00, will be the discretion of the company to decide whether to declare Void all other bets which the outcome may have been, in any way, influenced strongly by the said withdrawal.

In the event that a driver can’t perform at least one full timed lap during the official qualifying session, all bets on that driver will be considered Void.

If a driver, having regularly performed and completed the entire qualifying session, for whatever reason does not take part in the official competition, all related bets will be considered Void, instead will remain valid all previous bets related to the completed qualifying session.
